Erin has spent the past 20 years working in human services and long-term care in the fields of care management and provider network leadership. TODD
SMET
DIRECTOR OF MEMBERSHIP
AND DEVELOPMENT
Serving in the healthcare association space is an intentional decision for Todd. An opportunity to join a local supportive care agency over 15 years ago revealed a long-sought path towards meaningful work. More recently, he was fortunate to serve the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association for eight years prior to joining the DSPN team. Having witnessed the collaborative strength and value of membership organizations, he is excited to further DSPN’s mission.
Todd looks forward to helping deliver a relevant member-centered experience for those confronting a multitude of operational challenges every day. Opportunities to meet with members in their settings and better understand the remarkable work taking place are among the most energizing aspects of his role.
